30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at (support@emilysshoreboutique.com)
  2. Provide your order number (found in your confirmation email or invoice)
  3. Wait until our team approves the return and provides you with the following:
    • The return address
    • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

❗ Important: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia
  • A processing fee of 30 euros per item will be deducted from your refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags, if applicable)

Damage or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest solution is:

  1. Request a return of the original item
  2. Once this is approved, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once we have received your return:

  • We process it within 2–4 business days
  • You will receive your refund confirmation via email
  • The amount is usually credited back to your account within 3–5 business days

⏳ Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at (support@emilysshoreboutique.com).

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to our fast processing and fulfillment system, orders are prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be modified or canceled after this period has expired. After this period has expired, customers must wait for their order to be delivered and follow our standard return procedure if they wish to return the item.
